These 100% estate grown wines were harvested on September 23 at 26.3 brix. The grapes were crushed and fermented on site. The wine was then cellared  in Marchive medium plus toasted French oak barrels from the central France region of Nevers for 30 months. The wine was finished with 3.67 PH and 6.8 TA and contains 14.8 % alcohol. The 2012 cab has a luscious bouquet of dark rich cherry and raspberry fruit, with a hint of cocoa and a back palette of minerals. The wine offers the acidic fruit balance of a classic Noggle Cabernet Sauvignon with soft tannins and a lingering finish. A wine that will cellar for 10 years.

2016 Cabernet Sauvignon

These100% Estate grown grapes were harvested on September 14th at 25.6 Brix. The grapes were crushed and fermented on site.  The wine was then cellared in Marchive Medium + toasted French Oak barrels from central France Nevers area Forest for 15 months.  The wine was finished with 4.01 Ph and 5.7 TA and contains 14.8% alcohol. Bottled on December 28th 2017 the Cabernet has a luscious bouquet of blackberry, vanilla, anise, raspberry fruit, with a hint of coco and a back palette of minerals. The wine offers a full mouth feel, lingering finish, with balanced & well-structured tannins.
